Milton Hernandez is a New Yorkbased creative director and founder of Neu Frequencies. His background across consumer facing, experience driven, and B2B businesses shaped a broader perspective on creativity, audience connection, and commercial impact.
Over time, he saw a larger disconnect. Creativity was often treated as an output rather than a force capable of shaping people, culture, and business itself. Brands were producing more content, more campaigns, and more visibility, yet losing the deeper connection between vision, people, culture, and impact.
Neu Frequencies was created from the belief that strong brands are built through deeper intention. Where strategy, creativity, experience, and execution work together to create something cohesive, meaningful, and built to last.
Today, Neu Frequencies partners with founders and teams to shape brands that are not only visually compelling, but cohesive, culturally aware, and built to create lasting impact.
